About Me
The Professional Stuff
I graduated from Royal Holloway University of London with a BA in Drama & Creative Writing. Since then, I’ve been working as a writer across a number of industries, such as Film & Television, AAA Games, Theatre and Learning & Development.
I’m an extremely disciplined writer. I believe that all creative minds can be prone to wandering so it’s vital for us to develop the ability to meet deadlines, manage our own time and collaborate effectively and efficiently. I value a working environment that is professional, communicative and brings different creative voices together, be it from separate departments and roles or unique cultural perspectives.
This picture is from the night I showed off some songs from my musical about Tetris. You can learn more about that here.
The Personal Stuff
I’m a huge nerd! I love TTRPGs like Dungeons & Dragons (I regularly write and DM campaigns in original settings). I also love theatre and comedy, having been a part of several professional improv comedy troupes and performed stand-up in London and at the Edinburgh Fringe.
I’m also bisexual and non-binary. I don’t like to define myself by these labels, but they’ve given me a unique perspective on life and are something I endeavour to explore and express in a lot of my writing.
Here’s a quick list of some of my favourite games of all time:
